Excellent!
After trying other types of hutches and finding them too small and not sturdy, I took the plunge and spent the money on the Omlet. It is fantastic. Worth every cent. We won’t need another cage ever. The piggies love it. Handles the weather extremely well. Easy to clean. Took 2+ hours to set up but that’s because it’s a great product.

Perfect for my two boys!
I purchased this as a transition from indoor to outdoor guinea pigs. I wanted something safe and secure as there are a lot of stray cats in my area. Setting up the 'house' section was very straight forward and wasn't much struggle. The outdoor hutch section was a bit of a struggle I won't lie! It took 2 people and 2.5 hours and some of the pieces just felt like the didn't *quite* match up. BUT, despite the struggle, the cage is incredibly secure and I am completely happy leaving them outside all day! They love the constant access to fresh grass and exploring the smells of the outdoors.
Cage is relatively easy to move (2 people) without the handles or wheel attachments, though I will be buying them in the future so moving it can become a 1-person job! Would absolutely recommend.
Overall I am incredibly happy with my purchase and I don't regret my purchase at all. 2 very happy boys and 1 very happy me!

Our guinea pigs love it
It's much better quality than other hutches we've had. Much sturdier and roomier. Our guinea pigs love the run and having the cosy pod for shelter.

Very happt
Purchased because we wanted something more secure and weather hardy for our pigs. The hitch was really easy to assemble...the run was a little trickier purely due to being metal that had been in a box so took a bit of strength to get it all to fit together, however the end result is brilliant. It's been about a month since we put it together and the ease of cleaning and popping the pigs to bed at night is fantastic. I reckon eventually we'll get a longer run but the pigs are comfy and warm at night which is great.

good cage
It has been really helpful over the summer to keep our guinea pigs outside. But now we realized that there are mice in the cage. It should have smaller gaps in the wiring to keep mice out.

Great Cage - difficult to assemble.
Fantastic cage with plenty of room. Cleaning and access is really easy. Didn’t give 5 starts as assembly was difficult and instructions could have been better. Put the whole thing together and couldn’t get the back door to close. Ended up having to take the whole thing apart as one more turn of the first two screws was what made the difference. Good phone support. Not sure how the plastic wire fasteners will hold up in the sun long term but so far so good.

Can't Even Use It
I mean, the material seem sturdy but I haven't even figured out how to put this together. Even with following the video, no luck. I didn't even receive enough clips according to the video, but I have according to the instructions? Constantly breaking or flopping over. You'd think they could at least stamp/print the part numbers onto the large plastic pieces. It's been three hours and I swear I'm not an idiot. I can usually put IKEA together no problem but this is a total nightmare.

Hi Samantha,
Thank you for your review. We are sorry to read that you are experiencing some difficulties in the assembly of your run.
The video is displaying the assembly for a 6ft run. Since you have a 3ft run, we would recommend for you to stick with the number of clips that you found in the manual. Normally, the structure should be sturdy, once all the clips have been placed at the right locations. You could still use the video to see how the clips are placed, and where on the length of your structure. We also stay at your disposal by phone and by email, our Customer Service Team is always available to help in any way. You can find our contact details here

Nightmare to build
The instructions are awful, especially for the 2m run. The poles that came with it seem to wide for the run and they push out the sides. For the money the assembly part is really poor. Save your cash.

Hi Sarah,
Thank you for your review.
This sounds very unusual, there could be a specific issue with the assembly of your run.
I have found your email and I will respond to it to arrange a solution with you to this situation.

It’s for my call duck pair
Ducks don’t always want to be shut in at night so this with the run allows them to choose and still have access to food and water. I got the cube cover so they have full shade/shelter.

Hutch and run are fantastic
I have had this hutch and run for a few weeks and I am very glad I did. The first night it was in the garden I woke to see a fox standing on it! Security is important and this does not disappoint.
The only disappointment is the water bottle, I have had 2 and the both drip constantly depositing the complete contents in to the hutch over about 8 hours! Which given the overall cost of the package is poor. I have bought a different design and the problem is solved.

Omlet response:
Hi Andrew,
Thank you for taking the time to write us a review.
We are sorry to read that you experienced some trouble with two of our water bottles. They should indeed not leak. You could try the following : fill the bottle, turn it upside down and shake it. Some water will come out, but inside the bottle a vacuum will form. Important: the bottle should be then kept upside down and put it in the hay rack. Normally, it should not leak anymore. However, if after trying this, your bottles are still leaking, there might be another issue. If that is the case, please come back in touch with us by phone or by email, so that we can understand the source of this problem and find a solution for you.

Omlet Customer Service Team
