Very pleased with this Eglu Go. Makes keeping our three ex-battery hens very stress free, as the Eglu is very easy to clean, so the dreaded red mite is kept at bay. Also bought an all weather canopy to cover the run, which seems to work well. The hens free range in the garden during the day, and dutifully return to their Eglu at dusk. Not difficult to assemble initially - though it did take us 3 hours, including putting together the run! (not DIY types obviously!!)

This is our first foray into keeping hens and we are delighted with the Eglu. It's robust, easy to clean and the run is very secure. We've since added the netting to give the hens a bigger area to roam safely in and all works well. The hens are happy and we get two eggs almost every day. Finally - just to praise the installation and delivery men. Very helpful, very professional and very friendly.

The green Eglu look unobtrusive in the garden - my 2 hens seem happy enough. Really easy to maintain and move around. Wouldn't like to keep more than 2 hens in it unless I was letting them out a lot though.

I recommend this to anyone thinking of buying a coop.It is expensive but it is well worth the money. The delivery man was helpful - he answered all my questions, put it together for me and showed me how to clip their wings. It is so easy to clean out and my girls love it. I am now thinking of buying another one so i can get more chickens. There is ample room for up to 4 chickens in the Eglu go.

I started with an original Eglu Classic 7 years ago. Then I moved and and had to give it away. So it was with great delight that, after having moved into a house with a garden again, I was able to get some more girls. I bought my Eglu Go and am delighted to say that it's amazingly easy to clean (the house takes about 10 minutes) and my 4 little bantams love it. The only thing I miss from the Classic is the egg port in the side. The back door to the house still feels a little flimsy to me and I'm constantly checking to make sure it's shut properly. Other than than, I'm thrilled with it, and so are my girls ...... really, really easy to use, very intuitive design and so easy to clean. We've put a bit of a jungle gym inside the run for our girls (an up-turned flower pot, a log and a perspex box) which they climb up on and take turns pushing each other off of - very entertaining. A few little climbing frames in Eglu Green might be quite a nice idea :-))

So quick and easy to clean out and maintain. The chickens seem to love it and settled into it immediately. Looks great in the garden too. Omlet forum has been particularly useful as has advice and help from helpline.

The house is very easy to keep clean the chicken love it and it adds a bit of colour to the garden!!

I agree with the points others have made regarding detaching the run from the coop (difficult for cleaning regularly), moving the coop and run regularly (too heavy for one person) and the size of the food/drink holders (far too big!). Also my chickens are having problems with the roosting bars so we are having to leave these out until they (hopefully) grow a little more. Otherwise it's secure and snug and they seem to have settled in quite happily

Exactly as its description. I have quite a small garden in 3 different sections and have managed to fit the Eglu in. I have 3 chickens and during the day they are free ranging the garden but it's good to know I have somewhere safe and relatively spacious for them at night and when they need to be 'contained' (e.g.BBQs etc). The eglu is very easy to clean takes 15mins - so I can clean them out every 3 days.The girls really like the 'glug' water container. From everything I have read so far I am hopeful that because of the ease of cleaning I will not come face to face with the dreaded red mite.

The Eglu Go and two hens arrived a month ago and we are very pleased with the ordering, notification of arrival and installation of the hen house and run. Just a week later they started laying and sometimes we get double yolkers. We love watching them scratching around in the garden and pecking at greenery - their favorite is turnip tops.
